- Evidence-based conclusions must be based on the best available evidence. Conclusions can be based on the best available evidence only if the evidence is consistently and systematically identified, evaluated and selected.
- Industrialisation refers to the transformation of agrarian-rural societies to industrial-urban societies that are dominated by manufacturing and services.
- Innovation is a new thing or a new method of doing something. eg: ...the transformation wrought by the technological innovations of the industrial age.
- International relations the study of the relations of states with each other and with international organisations and certain subnational entities (e.g., bureaucracies, political parties, and interest groups).
- Settlement pattern A settlement pattern means the shape of a settlement. The shape of early settlements was usually influenced by the surrounding landscape.
- Technological means relating to or associated with technology. eg: ...an era of very rapid technological change.
